By earning the SRES Designation – REALTORS – are prepared to approach mature/senior clients with the best options and information.
The PSA — Pricing Strategy Adviser – is a highly – specialized credential awarded by the National Association of Realtors regarding comparative market analysis to estimate the probable selling price of a property, analyze neighborhoods, regional markets, and trends, adjust comparables using averages and cost data, and discuss CMA conclusions, and implications with clients.
The SFR Designation – Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource – is for REALTORS who want to hone their skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.
The ePRO Designation is a NAR – National Association of Realtors certification program that helps REALTORS master the advanced digital marketing techniques needed in today’s marketing strategies.
