Being a realtor since 2006 and an insurance broker for 25 years, I bring 43 years of contracting experience to your deal. The majority of my business is from repeat clients and referrals.
REALTOR VS AGENT — Debra is a REALTOR – REALTORS are members of their local association, PSAAR – Pagosa Springs Area Association of Realtors, CAR – Colorado Association of Realtors, NAR – National Association of Realtors. REALTORS are drawn to a higher standard through continuing education and ethics training.
Debra has prioritized and given a great deal of her time to continuing education to receive the following designations:
- GRI — Graduate REALTOR Institute — the GRI Designation REALTOR is set apart as a master of the real estate profession, possessing advanced skills and techniques and sets the standards for real estate professionalism, knowledge, and productivity with training in multiple areas.
- ABR — Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation – Debra is a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agency Council. The ABR Designation is earned only by completing a series of achievement benchmarks each of which demonstrates a superior skill set and advanced knowledge.
- SRES — The Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation is for REALTORS – who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing seniors when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES Designation – REALTORS – are prepared to approach mature/senior clients with the best options and information.
- The PSA — Pricing Strategy Adviser – is a highly – specialized credential awarded by the National Association of Realtors regarding comparative market analysis to estimate the probable selling price of a property, analyze neighborhoods, regional markets, and trends, adjust comparables using averages and cost data, and discuss CMA conclusions, and implications with clients.
- The SFR Designation – Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource – is for REALTORS who want to hone their skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.
- The ePRO Designation is a NAR – National Association of Realtors certification program that helps REALTORS master the advanced digital marketing techniques needed in today’s marketing strategies.
